She is knowledgable in all aspects of immigration law, including green card applications, family member visa applications, asylum applications, and special visas for victims of crime or human trafficking. She also represents clients who are currently in ICE custody or at risk of deportation. If you need assistance obtaining legal immigration status for yourself or a loved one, Erin will work with you every step of the way.
Erin provides affordable representation for clients seeking uncontested guardianships and/or conservatorships for a loved one. She also prepares wills, trusts, medical and financial powers of attorney, and living wills. Erin will provide compassionate guidance and peace of mind as you make these difficult life decisions.

Erin provides affordable legal services to environmental organizations and individuals facing environmental challenges. She has worked on cases involving oil and gas development on public lands, land use planning on public lands, and endangered species preservation. Public Benefits
Erin provides low-cost representation for clients applying for public benefits, as well as clients who have been denied benefits or are facing overpayment or intentional program violation (IPV) claims.
